The Struggling Life of Parveen, and her 5 Children.

Who is Parveen?
Parveen is 32 years old and blessed with 5 girls (kids). Her Husband left her 3 years ago saying she could not give birth to a BOY. Parveen is illiterate, her Father passed away a long time back. Since Nobody was there to look after her and her family, people married her to an Auto driver.  


How does she look after her kids?
As mentioned earlier she is illiterate and not supported by anyone, she is forced to work in People's houses as a maid, She Cleans the house, washes dishes and clothes, and makes food for others so that she can look after her 5 children.
 

Current Situation
Due to back to back hard work Parveen does on a daily basis, there are 2 tumors in her womb, which are swollen and often bleed as well which is very painful. She is not able to work anywhere because of her sickness; 5 kids go to Municipality School. The Kid’s Education is the topmost priority as Parveen doesn’t want to give birth to another illiterate person in this ruthless world. Parveen and her 5 children live in a rented house in Cheeta Camp SLUM, Monthly Rent, Children’s Education and Health support are not manageable at the moment hence She knocked on the door of Awaam Care Foundation.


Awaam Care Foundation’s Support
Awaam Care Foundation when identified her life issues, provided payments for her monthly medicines for the past 3 months of Rs.5400, also paid 2 months' outstanding Rent of Rs.7000 and she is living with her 5 kids all of whom are girls, Monthly Ration for the family is Rs.1670, and Rs.26000 towards the deposit for the house. However, it is difficult to manage such expenses for such people and we can’t even leave them behind. These whole expenses were covered over a period of a year.
